An Evening at the Spa – Taking care of those who take care of Haiti

In June 2010, Stars Within Reach hosted a group of over 60 ladies at the luxurious Richel D’Ambra Spa and Salon located at the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia. The generous attendees were treated to manicures, pedicures, massages, facials and refreshing beverages compliments of Pravda and VitaminWater. The goal of the event was to raise awareness around the violence and sexual abuse facing so many women and children living in tent cities after the devastating earthquake in Haiti.  Funds were used to help create safer living conditions for women and children in Haiti. 3rd Annual Stars Golf Outing & Ladies Golf Clinic

On August 8, 2010, Stars Within Reach hosted its 3rd Annual Stars Golf Outing at the exclusive Trump National Golf Club. Over 120 golfers attended along with a very enthusiastic group of ladies who participated in the Ladies Golf Clinic hosted by Johari Rollins, wife of Phillies short stop Jimmy Rollins. In the afternoon, Golfers also enjoyed a private driving event hosted by our friends at Algar Ferrari Maserati. Proceeds from the event were used to support programs for homeless children and children impacted by rheumatoid arthritis.
